BELIGHT Hub Limited - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to BELIGHT Hub Limited. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services and digital products provided by BELIGHT Hub Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

BELIGHT Hub Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15908887. Our registered office is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

2. SERVICES COVERED

These Terms apply to the following services and products:

  • Glow Check™ Financial Review
  • Monthly Bookkeeping Services
  • Financial Clarity Blueprint™ Digital Course
  • VIP Strategy Intensive
  • Any other services, resources, or digital products provided by BELIGHT Hub Limited

3. WORKING TOGETHER

We are committed to providing a professional, supportive, and confidential service designed to help you gain clarity and confidence around your business finances.

Clients engaging with any of our services are expected to work collaboratively, communicate openly, and provide accurate and timely information required for service delivery.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information, documents, and records
  • Responding to communication within five (5) business days
  • Meeting agreed deadlines for submission of information
  • Advising us promptly of any changes to your business or financial circumstances

BELIGHT Hub Limited shall not be liable for any delay or errors in service delivery resulting from the late, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

All services and products must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is accepted via Stripe or PayPal.

Where a payment plan has been offered, the client remains fully liable for the total cost of the service agreed at the time of purchase. Payment plans cannot be cancelled, paused, or skipped once entered into.

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Withholding of reports, deliverables, or access to digital products
  • Additional administrative fees for overdue payments

All fees are stated in GBP (ÂŁ) and exclusive of applicable payment processing fees or taxes.

6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Glow Check™

Once documents have been submitted and work has commenced, payments are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule their Glow Check™ call once, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Monthly Bookkeeping Services

Monthly bookkeeping packages require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. Following this initial period, either party may terminate the agreement by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice. Payments for services already delivered or in progress are non-refundable.

Financial Clarity Blueprint™ Course

Due to the instant access nature of this digital product, all course sales are final and non-refundable.

VIP Strategy Intensive

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Payments are non-refundable once the session has taken place or any preparatory work has commenced.

7. EXPIRY OF SERVICE DELIVERABLES

Where client action is required to complete service delivery (e.g., submitting documents for Glow Check™ or VIP Intensive), the client has sixty (60) days from the date of purchase to do so. Failure to provide necessary information within this period may result in service forfeiture without refund.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BELIGHT Hub Limited shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or indirect or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or products.

All financial decisions made by the client following our services are the sole responsibility of the client. We recommend seeking independent tax, legal, or financial advice where appropriate.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, resources, reports, and digital content provided by BELIGHT Hub Limited remain our intellectual property. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or used commercially without our written consent.

11. GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS

Monthly Bookkeeping Services are available exclusively to clients based outside of the United States and Canada.

Glow Check™, VIP Strategy Intensive, and Financial Clarity Blueprint™ are available globally, subject to compliance with local regulations.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

BELIGHT Hub Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or on our website
